MEET MARISA,

I’m Marisa McLaughlin, and I’ve been a tooth enthusiast for most of my life! I was just seven years old when I started saying I wanted to be a dental hygienist, and I never wavered. I completed the Dental Assisting course at Georgian College in 2003, and Dental Hygiene at Niagara College in 2007. With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, my favourite part of what I do is still the people. I love to get to know my patients, and make their appointments personal, comfortable, and never rushed or judgmental. My approach focuses on prevention, patient education, and the important connection between oral health and overall wellness. Bonus points if we have a few laughs while we're getting your teeth sparkled up! 

 

Outside of the dental world, I’m a busy Mom to two boys, and an active member of the Tillsonburg community, where I was born and raised. You’ll often find me at the arena, baseball diamonds, or a volleyball or basketball court, watching my kids, sipping my coffee, and living my best “Sports Mom” life! I love to spend my spare time with my love Cole, my boys, and our family and friends, creating new memories whenever possible!
